Do you consider this cheating?

My long time boyfriend and I have been together for a year. Well, it turns out that he has pictures of his dong on some adult websites and he is flirting with girls online asking for 'sexy women' to message him and send him pictures. He was doing this while we were together, because its very recent. Is this cheating? Did he cheat by doing this? I think he did, but I want a second opinion.
