I FEEL TERRIBLE!!! IS IT A FEVER?!?

So i just got home from school, from the hot baking sun. Its been like a few hours and my forehead is still burning like crazy! My head feels like its throbbing, and I feel sick to my stomach! I feel so tired and i dont feel like dong aytnhing but taking a shower or sleeping. Is this a fever? What should I do? THNX MA HOMMIES! :D <3
