IPhone 4 or droid charge?

I had an Att iPhone which was nice, but the service was horrible. Im thinking about switching to verizon I don't know if I should stick with iPhone or I should go tO android charge 4g .. I hate samsung interface but I love the screen. I dong know what to do I'm scared Verizon is not Going to have unlimited data for to much longer.. Please give reasons.. Thanks
