Boyfriend drinking problem?

Why won't my G3 powerbook (wallstreet II) boot from hard drive?

when i bought this powerbook it came with an os 8.5 disc and a bad hard drive. I replaced the hard drive with a new 80gb pata drive and partitioned the first 7gb for the os like it says to online. when i boot from cd it loads fine and the disk utility says the hard drive is good and I can install the os. It installs fine but when i restart i get the disc with question mark icon. I thought maybe it was the os so i got jaguar 10.2 and same thing. It installed but wont boot. the jaguar disc utillity says the hard drive is slave but i dont know how to change that or if it even matters. someone please help. dont suggest i get a new computer because i have a 2.4ghz macbook pro..... this is just a toy to play with

Nothing I ever do pleases him. He's always ordering me around, and making things really unfair. there is alot to explain so i will try to keep this as simple as i can, about 3 months ago my mom gave me some target brand medication for the flu. the night she gave it to me i reacted very bad too it, it was one of the scarriest nights of my life. i felt like my heart was stopping and when it felt like that i took a deep breath and my heart would race, this happened many times that night, sinse then ive seen my docter and he said m heart was fine. but i still suffer from many things that i cant explain why they are happening. some of the things ive experienced is weird breathing, sometimes it feels like im not getting enough air. my nose always feels stuffy even though it is not. another thing is wen i breath it feels like my throat is opening and closing as if something is in the way. as for my eart it is off and on at random times. i notice it alot when im resting. usually right before i go to sleep or when im sittting on the couch or in a car ride, or during a movie, it feels like my body slightly goes numb and i cant feel my heart beat anymore, thats when i start breathing heavilier and i noptice my weird breathing. other symoltoms ive gtten are headaches in the mornings. sometimes right after eating ill get a really hard pain in my chest for a few minutes, ive told my mom about this and she says it could be from either caffeine or low blood sugar but ive been modering both and i still get weird symptoms, sometimes i feel really tired and wanna just give up on everything, even breathing, sometimes i feel like not dong anything at random times, its so weird andd then my body goes numbish right after. i am really scarred about this, please any imput will help, and no i have never done drugs or drank alchahol, a few years back before all this i drank energy drinks but never enough to do anything to me i think.. anyways im really scarred please help

Aftermarket gauge lighting 2000 LeSabre?

Im considering adding a few extra gauges to my 2000 LeSabre. I was wondering where I should tap into in order to connect the lighting for the gauges. Radio's a no go; I put an aftermarket one in and theres no illumination wire to my knowledge, and of course the climate control is that stupid plug and play design. If going into the cluster or the light switch, what color are the wires. I cant find a specific diagram anywhere. Hi, I'm a non-live-in "nanny" in the Somerset/Hunterdon county area of NJ, I have worked for the same family for about 2 years. I put nanny in quotes because I feel I do so much more than what is required of a nanny. The children I care for are between the ages of 12-14 (there are 3 of them), so it is less "babysitting" and more driving all over to accommodate their hectic schedules as well as help them with homework and anything else they need (despite their age they require a lot of attention). The family is usually very kind to me, and has basically accepted me as part of the family, however I am beginning to feel like a slave. I generally work a 10 hour day 5 days a week (except during school, when i work 4 days at up to 12 hours a day). I looked up the average pay for a nanny in my area and I am paid on the higher end of the average at $15 an hour, but I feel that I do so much more than what is required of my other "nanny-friends" who make around the same amount. The operating system of one of my drives was deleted (long story). So I used it as a slave drive and put the os on another drive keeping all of my data. Okay , My friend decided to upgrade to a little more sound in his car. He wants to replace his factory Navigation unit with a Pioneer. We bought a wire harness adapter followed the wiring instructions to the T. the Illumination doesn't work it accepts a CD but doesn't turn on or play sound( this was a test to see if it was installed properly i guess it wasn't). from what we can see the unit has power or it wouldn't even accept the CD, its not spinning up the disk or showing any sign of powering on when the key is turned on the remote line is hooked up no amps or subs have been hooked to this yet as we are testing to see if its connected properly does anyone know if we have to order a aftermarket wiring harness and chip to bypass anything to make it work. any help would be appreciated.
